Hey sup. Trish Stratus is looking lovely and refreshed as of late. Last year she wore a Rip Hamilton facemask. This got me THINKING.
It didn't look like she got her nose done despite the "broken nose" storyline, so it has been a puzzling few weeks. I think I finally put my finger on it. Unlike Justin, who would probably like to put his whole hand on it.
Take a trip down memory lane and pay close attention to the cheekbones.
The cheekbones now appear to be higher up and closer to her nose and eyes, pulling the corners of her mouth upwards rather than down. They also seem to have a more ... let's say horizontal alignment, angling upward.
I'm not saying she got work done. No no no no. We all know Trish is a rare unspoiled Canadian beauty whom we all love and adore. I'm not even being sarcastic.
BUTT, if you were thinking there was something different about her face, perhaps this is an area to examine. Plus it could explain having to wear a whole facemask instead of hilarious nosecentric bandagery. I remember thinking at the time that it was a rather stupid decision to cover up Trish's entire face for so long, since it's something some people might actually enjoy looking at on a weekly basis.
And IF IF IF BIG IF something got tweaked, the uh tweaker deserves some kind of award because it is subtle and fabulous work.
Oh c'mon - she HAD something done. You could tell for weeks. It was driving me nuts, too. Kudos to Ruby for figuring out what it was. They did do a nice job, like you said.
I think she had something done...it looks like a LITTTTLE bit of a lift, not enough to qualify for Sable territory, but I would agree with Ruby's qualitative observations.
That being said, I think she looked BETTER last night then she has looked for a long time. Everything was (BAM)THERE; the only other time in recent memory she looked that good was when she crashed Lita and Kane's wedding. So, if Trish is looking this good, and the best they can do for her is to verbally abuse the non-wrestling divas every week, then I think she is clearly being UNDER used at this point. (Does anyone think Trish would have more opportunity in another wrestling organization if the prospect ever presented itself, or should she stay put?)

You're comparing photo shoots with TV show pictures and comparing different facial expressions.
I wouldn't put it out of the question that she had work done because that's the nature of the beast but IIRC, the "nose" injury was a cover-up for her shoulder injury. Also, if you watch any of those plastic surgery shows like Extreme Makeover, those people are pretty bruised up for weeks on end. There wasn't any noticeable bruising under Trish's face mask.
"When did they pass a law that says the people who make my sandwich have to be wearing gloves? I'm not comfortable with this. I don't want glove residue all over my food; it's not sanitary. Who knows where these gloves have been?" - George Carlin

I have to agree. I think it's a bit of a stretch, and doesn't provide much evidence. The "cheeks" appearing to be lifted in comparison to 2002 is the result of her actually smiling in the picture, which accentuates that. There's also wildly different lighting, which makes a world of difference. Sorry, guys, but I think you're reading way to much into this.
I don't see any difference in her jaw shape or eyebrow height. I think it's lighting more than anything else.
I thought the broken nose thing was legit, but played out to get the mask gag across. I hadn't heard of any shoulder injury (although I have heard of neck/nerve problems), but I'd believe it if she had one.
