RAW, SmackDown & YJ Stinger present... WWE SummerSlam LIVE! Sunday August 15th from the "sold-out" Air Canada Center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
RAW MATCH(es): World Heavyweight Title: Chris Benoit [c] vs. Randy Orton -Benoit's lost both title matches he's been in at SummerSlam. Orton lost his only SummerSlam match (last year's Elimination Chamber). The World Title has never changed hands at SummerSlam.
Grudge Match: Triple H vs. Eugene -Not confirmed, but damned close to being. Triple H is 3-4 at SummerSlam, with wins in 1995, 1998 & 2003. Eugene'll make his SummerSlam debut.
SMACKDOWN MATCHES: WWE Heavyweight Title: John Layfield [c] vs. The Undertaker -Taker is 8-3-1 at SummerSlam, but he's never won a WWF/E Title Match at SummerSlam (losing to The Hitman in '97 and Stone Cold in '98). Bradshaw is 1-2, but they're all tag matches. Furthermore, WWF/E Champions have retained 10 out of 13 times at SummerSlam. Title changes were set-ups for bigger things: Bret Hart over Undertaker in '97 set up for Montreal and the Austin Era, Mankind over Austin & Triple H set up for the HHH win the next night on RAW and the McMahon/Helmsley Faction. Brock Lesnar's win over The Rock set up Brock/Angle at WrestleMania XIX.
Grudge Match: Eddie Guerrero vs. Kurt Angle -Guerrero is 1-1 at SummerSlam. Angle is 3-1, having only lost the triple threat in 2000. Since then he's beaten Stone Cold (DQ), Rey Mysterio and Brock Lesnar.
Other matches will probably include combinations of...WWE Tag Team Champions Billy Kidman & Paul London, the Dudley Boyz, Chavo Guerrero, Spike Dudley, WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rey Mysterio, the WWE United States Title, Booker T, Kenzo Suzuki, Rob Van Dam, Rene Dupree, John Cena, Luther Reigns, Charlie Haas, Batista, Chris Jericho, Christian (if healthy), Edge, Kane, Matt Hardy V1, Lita, Ric Flair, World Tag Team Champions La Resistance, Tajiri, Rhyno, Shelton Benjamin (if healthy), Shawn Michaels (if healthy), The Hurricane & William Regal.

Well hopefully Orton/Benoit will be the final main event. I mean, I don't see any other match on the card worthy of the main event status for the PPV other than that one. Not HHH/Eugene, and DEFINITELY not Undertaker/John Bradshaw Layfield.

I think you´re right, BUT remember that Triple H has been involved in every match you just mentioned! So...Smart money could say Triple H/Eugene as well!?

To coin a phrase, no chance in hell.
It'll be one of the two title matches, probably Orton/Benoit given that they probably see that as the bigger match up. The flip side is that they'll know people would hang about to see Taker even if he was wrestling Grand Master Sexay for the under 18's European Light-Heavyweight TV title, so they might keep that till last.
Whoever wins the Orton/Benoit match though, thats the one I see providing the better visual to go off the air with. Either Benoit celebrates like a good 'un in front of his home fans, or Orton gets his heel status cemented by being shit on for CHEATING TO WIN against the hometown hero.
Rockin' Robin might have "made it out alive." But last I checked, Sam Houston was divorced from Baby Doll, and finishing up a 10-year prison sentence (imposed back in August 2005)
