I don't know how many of the rest of you know who Ken Wilson is, considering he mostly does Blues games. But I've always thought of him as a pretty darn great announcer. Anyway, the Blues fired him and I really don't get why. Well I do, but it's silly stuff.
Anyway, he isn't taking it well at all, as you can see:
I liked everything about Ken Wilson, EXCEPT the "Oh Baby!" bullshit. That grew very old when I moved here a few years back. Horrible he got treated that way though.
I'm kinda with Stagger here. You shouldn't treat a guy like that, even though he was incredibly annoying. "Oh, baby" got old about 2 seconds before I heard it the first time. Those still living in St. Louis has there been any talk on who they might get to replace him?
Lisa: They used it to settle fights at taverns Homer: She said tavern! I'm going to Moe's Marge: I never agreed to that rule

" John Kelly, a son of legendary Blues broadcaster Dan Kelly,"
