I stumped it with my 2nd fav movie, Hexed. It came out in 1993 with Arye Gross, Claudia Christian and Normal Fell as Mr. Levine, the hotel owner.
After this movie, Gross got the job on Ellen's show, These Friends of Mine, Claudia got the job on Babylon 5 as Ivonova, and a few years later Norman Fell passed away
It asked me if the show involved twins. I answered yes, because there is a set of Siamese twins on the show. But the site ran with the twins thing and kept asking Olsen twins questions.
Wow. I didn't think it would get "Salute Your Shorts", but it did!
I was clicking "no" for a good amount of time at the start, but the more you go "yes", the more it narrows it down and I guess theve's just got a really good database.
this is pretty sweet. i'll have to give it another go.

Think yourself lucky, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes just to answer a freakin question for me. Needless to say I gave up after about 3 questions and awarded myself a moral victory :)
Surprisingly enough, I stumped it with Pump Up the Volume.

Trust me on this one. If you ever go adventuring, always try to find the situation where the appropriate words are: "Damn! We're too late! The villain hath done his villainy and decamped to parts unknown!" --Ignace, agent extraordinaire
Originally posted by Excalibur05It got "Wild and Crazy Kids", which is just unfreaking believable. I mean, besides me, did anybody even WATCH that show?
Omar Gooding was the man.
I still haven't had any luck stumping it. Although a friend I passed this on to stumped it with Goodfellas
Doesn't beat www.smalltime.com and it's guess the dictator/sitcom character game. That thing nailed Tolkien from South Park and Kelly Boyd from Cheers.
It couldn't handle the power that is "Mitchell". I was tempted to use Manos, but I didn't feel like corrupting the poor thing. Thank you MST3K, you let me stump the uber-site.
Ah, finally got it to work. It guessed both of mine so far. It got "The Long Kiss Goodnight" after about a billion questions. It finally asked, "Is there guns?" and I said yes. Twenty questions later it asked, "Does it involve driving a semi without a CDL" and I said yes. Then it asked if it had Geena Davis, and BAM there's the ballgame.
Again, it got the TV show "Roundhouse" (gotta love the old-school Nick love) with only two 'Yes' answers after about 50 No's. The first one was, "Is there singing?" and eventually "Did it involve the phrase "Reprise the theme song and roll the credits"?". Then they gave me this message:

I knew you were thinking of Roundhouse from the start, but I strung you along for a while to make it seem more sporting. I hope that one day you will overcome the powerful sense of humiliation that you now feel. Until then, good luck.

I was only player number two to try 'Long Kiss Goodnight'

That dictator thing guessed Kristine Kochanski from Red Dwarf.
And I thought I'd be at an advantage knowing a bit about British sitcoms.
I tell you, not since I was unable to knock a penguin of 325m have I been so determined to screw a game over.
EDIT: HA!!! You might have known Les from Men Behaving Badly but you were lost when I went back to Red Dwarf and took the beer swilling Pedersen weren't you? HMMM!
Just cos you got the right show don't get you no brownie points here sunshine.
