-Did you hear, WWE went to Iraq- I guess WWE took my advice about Angle should be saying this troops story on Confidential not on SD. Great the one time they actually took my suggestion LoL. I was going to try to amuse myself and I did when watching Austin rambling about why he was coming to Iraq. Chris Benoit just sits there not knowing really what to do, first he looked at Austin while Austin talks but Austin won't stop talking, so Benoit looks towards the pilots who were at this time both looking back at Austin as plane is flying. Then Benoit looks at the camera and finally back to Austin. I could just sense him thinking "Why I'm I on camera?" LoL... Lots of miltary higher ups saying how wonderful Vince and the WWE are. They visit one of Saddam's palaces where his mistresses would spend the night. Vince says "That Saddam is pure evil!" well I made the last part up

-Evolution is a ripoff machine- Is that how the lyrics go. This segment wouldn't be so bad if I didn't see the repeat of the 4Horsemen segment just one week ago. When Tully and Arn were talking about living the gimmick of fast cars and fast women. One week later we have Evolution with HHH repeating word BY word about fast cards and fast women etc etc . It was also kinda funny seeing last weeks segment when the Horsemen pushed that they tried duplicating the Horsemen formula but it could never be as good as the original... I don't like the Orton character, and I don't know if it's much Orton then the "I'm so hot and girls love me" gimmick is boring to me and feels generic. HHH talks about buying the expensive Ferrari, it's always great to have daddy in laws money.

-OTR: Keibler- Mean Gene talked about some great OTR guests but only two women ever did OTR (Torrie and Sable). Yeah I remember those, not good. LoL... Time for another girl to go Outside the ropes and our guest Stacy. This one actually wasn't bad. Coach talks about Ed McMahon always looks the same, Stacy also adds in Dick Clark (eventually when she remembered the name to the face). Talked about implants, she doesn't seem to against the idea. But she thinks she's doing fine as she is now in the WWE. Says it takes 10-minutes to shave her legs. Chooses Coach over Ashton, Clooney and Colin Farrell. Talks about how the spinaroonie is a lot harder then it looks. And during the entire segment they showed the obligatory footage of Stacy in various degrees of dress (and undress). Like I said not bad, Stacy does seem to have a certain charm about her that I like that other non-wrestling girls don't seem to have.

-New Years Resolutions-APA says they'll work less, drink more & make more money(I guess character development isn't on their list, work less. Hey I'm okay with THAT). Hurricane says he'll have to clean the Hurricave(Yeah I heard there's a lot of sh*t laying around, ha get it!). Maven wants to work harder to be the best superstar he can be(Why would you want to do that?)... Bischoff wants to act more like a Jerk & make money. Coach wants to follow him. Scotty wants to hit the worm on every superstar & convince Rikishi to cover his ass(If Scotty could get the 2nd part done I'd be very thankful). Christian wants to give the Peeps more of him. Orton wants to cut his sexual adventures to once a week, make it once a day. Do twins count as one(See Evolution segment on my feelings on this, but "Do twins count as one" is a decently funny line I guess). Rhyno wants to drink less(What a serious answer in this).

-Bring your pen fatboy- Because Ric Flair is signing copies of his DVD. Fans show much respect to the legend. Flair says his true goal is to co-host Confidential (ohh that joker)... Victoria and Matt Hardy also are signing the new Unscripted Book. Victoria looked more like Ivory then Victoria on this day. Maybe that's the reason the fans treated her like a babyface by giving her gifts and flowers instead of the ruthless psycho that she is! (Yes Ivory is a babyface folks). Matt Hardy was there too, which is always fun when a Team Xtreme member does a public signing because their hardcore fans are always the most umm interesting out of the wrestling bunch and they didn't disappoint this time around. The winner this time is the guy who was the exact clone of MAtt Hardy from hair style to facial hair. I mean he looked exactly like him. Wow.

-More Military stuff- HBK gets hometown honors from the City of San Antonio for being such a swell guy... The WWE superstars visit a hospital in Iraq with injured troops. An authority figure says how much of a special man Vince is and he has a heart of GOLD!. We finish the show with the troops giving the shout outs. Hey one of the guy wanted Stratusfaction, God bless our troops!

Confidential started the year with a whimper, not one segment that I would say is must watch or want to see in a repeat Plus No From the Vault segment either.

The Iraq piece was well done, and I liked the look back at that event. The New Year's resolutions and Evolution bits were decent fare, and the best part was Batista trying so hard not to crack up as Orton got into character.

The OTR bit was pretty dumb, and the reason is because of the WWE's lack of planning. This bit was obviously done before or after the Best of Raw 2003 because Coach and Stacy were wearing the same outfits. Coach had to move from his heel schtik to the "Stacy is so hot" character. Fine, Confidential is supposed to be less about storylines and more about "real" talk.

So at the end of the questions, Coach says something along the lines of "We haven't gotten to be onscreen together in a long time." Whoops, obviously he doesn't remember their segment less than 2 WEEKS AGO on the Raw show. (Hell, they're wearing the same clothes and talking from the same empty arena.) It may not be a big deal to you, but I would have hoped that they would remember the continuity gap.

Damn you WWE for making me change my sig. I'm sure you have good enough reasons to get rid of Shannon, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let me thus be the first to say: BRING BACK DAFFNEY!
