Don Levine, a Korean War veteran and former Hasbro executive, well sell a original 1963 prototype G.I. Joe figure at a auction which could make it the "most expensive toy ever". Damn, I wonder how much someone will end up paying for it? Seems like a real gold mine if you can buy it.

I believe he has it here at Comicon. If so, I'm gonna try and take a look at it today.

Braving the horror show that is Comicon. We're not set up, but we'll be around all weekend.

G.I. Joe Prototype Fails to Sell at Auction

At the Comic-Con International convention a total number of ZERO people made a bid for the G.I. Joe. Minimum bid was $600,000 but it was lowered to $250,000 which did not help at all.

Thus proving my theory that people who go to Comic-Con are poor. ;-)

At least one of the 70,000, that's for sure.
