Billi Bhatti is reporting Vince McMahon is personally trying to get Adam Cole to stay with WWE
Adam Cole has met Vince McMahon backstage at WWE Smackdown tonight. It’s rumored Cole has been offered nearly a 1 million dollar contract to stay with the WWE/NXT.
At this point, I don't even think they're trying to sell the company (not right away, anyhow). This looks like a pump-and-dump, trying to inflate the bottom line so they can take out a bunch of bad loans before they sink the place. It's a Toys-R-Us.

I'm making my prediction now: When WWE goes bankrupt and folds, The Great Peacemaker Triple H (see Warrior, Ultimate; see also Sammartino, Bruno) will broker an agreement with World Wildlife Fund and start his own WWF.
It's the most important meal of the day.
