Here we are Post Wrestlemania. Some of the superstars from this show may headline Mania one day. Others may headline TNA. Kidding, TNA won't survive two years from now.
Q n D results.

Brodus Clay yells, alot. Like 80's style. Neville gets him with a nice line "I thought you'd be taller". Fight tease into a "stay tuned" heel backdown. Meh.
Oliver Grey returns. I'm looking forward to the character he's going to play because some early NXT Training Center promos got out where he was a posh James Bond like personality in one, and a spoiled rich-kid turned cockney thug in the second. He felt like Regal 2.0. He faces Camacho soon.
Bo Dallas attempts a #OccupyNxT movement with Full Sail and get's a show of total non-support. Some people gets up and turn their backs to him. How dare they after Dallas gave them cookies! Bo Dallas has a crying breakdown until JBL comes out (he's the GM of NXT) and forces him against Justin Gabriel (hey remember that guy). Probably the best thing I've ever seen Bo Dallas do. Best part was the solo "Boliever" trying to get everyone else in the arena to support him
I came in this thread wondering. The special was "NXT ArRIVAL", and they changed the theme music and intro for the regular weekly show after that, but it's just "NXT".
Wow! LeFort got in absolutely NO offense against Mojo. Not even some comical no-selling punches or whatever. Mojo looks awesome and the crowd loves him...but how will that translate to a live RAW crowd?
Bayley vs. Sasha was short, but it was really good. Easily the best match I've seen Sasha have so far. I would love to see what those two could do with some more time. Bayley is a killer in the ring, and I love the oldschool belly-to-belly suplex finisher.

I'll look into it.
...Also yes. I have looked into it. I was too excited to recap so names seemed irrelevant.
Ha. That's great. I popped in here wondering why people are still commenting on the special from a month ago as I didn't pay attention to the date in the title. Good to see people discussing the shows now as I got hooked on Hulu about six months ago and got the network last week. It's nice to be able to watch without Hulu's commercial breaks now.
A decent show this week, but seemed a little underwhelming. Some of it may have been due to it being a weird time where a lot of their top guys are getting called away soon so they aren't doing any big story lines. They do however need to start up some new angles soon with the guys who are sticking around for a while longer to keep up that feeling of being their own seperate little universe down there and not just random matches. The Brodus thing just seems like it is leading to a one off title match with Neville to put him over and not much else.
I liked the Bo segment and loved that the NXT crowd was able to accomplish what Chicago couldn't with the back turning protest. I expected Bo to flip out and 'quit' NXT at the end saying he is leaving for something better- but maybe that is what was implied. I loved the Bo vignette on Raw and can't wait for more of that. Thought his match with Justin Gabriel was all right.
Mojo seems like he will be a good character for the younger fans. Is it just me or does he seem just a tad flabby in the mid section though? Not a big deal to me as I think there should be a mix of body types, but find it interesting because that was the rumor on one of the reasons that they went sour on Kassius Ohno because his body type didn't fit his image. Having your gimmick be super hyped guy who is always jumping around seems like he should be a little more trim.
Anyway, I don't think Lefort needed any offense in that match as I don't see him really go anywhere. He was better off in the manager type role. Speaking of, I am hoping that Enzo Amore is recovered and back soon. He and Collin Cassidy were really starting to get over with the S-A-W-F-T thing. I am interested in seeing Oliver Grey in action as he was gone right before I started watching I believe.
It sounds like the Ascension will be getting called up next. Their finisher is questionable somtimes but I like them as a thowback type of team. NXT's tag division seems to have fizzled out a bit so I am curious as to who they will drop the titles to. I suppose they can just do any random pairing since most things are an experiment down there any way.
Bayley and Banks have both been good as of late so it was nice to see that match. I think it will be Charolette taking the title from Paige though. Not a fan of Bayley's gimmick. It seems like a cross between Eugene and a five year old girl- which disturbs me. I guess they are trying to pull young girls in with it as Regal always seems to mention how much his neice loves her every time he is on commentary and she comes out.
I am surprised that Adam Rose is getting the call up already. Yeah, he has been in NXT forever as Leo Krueger but I thought they would at least make sure his new gimmick has some legs for more than just a few episodes before making the move. Good for him though. He is good in the ring and it should be fun. I just hope it doesn't Fandango out after a couple months.
and I am really surprised that there still aren't rumors yet of Sami Zayn getting called up. Not sure what else they think he can accomplish there as he seems plenty polished. Maybe they are waiting to come up with more of a gimmick instead of just being Sami Zayn. I hope it's not a case of them not being high on him as I believe the last we saw was him losing clean to Corey Graves.
Thinking of the Ascention, why did they change their theme song? The gothic one sounded FANTASTIC. It worked for their gimmick. The black lights, the fake snow, the music, the entrance was well put together.
Very professional, helpful, nice, worked with everyone who came to try out even the guys who have been doing a less than or around a year. One of the guys that helped out quite a bit was Onyx from the NEW OCW promotion. http://newocw.
