Wow what a fun race to watch, Rain tires, Windshield wipers, Rain X. This needs to be put in the Sprint Cup Series ASAP. I enjoyed all the spin outs and carnage and so did the Canadian fans it seemed. I have not have so much fun watching an event on TV from Montreal well since November 1997. This time its seems Marcos screwed Marcos. Edwards earns another flip, And Kyle Busch got owned again. Great race.

There are so many things wrong with this paragraph that I can't even bother to respond beyond this sentence.
Look, I'll say this in the nicest way I can after only seeing the last 15 laps of this race. I don't mind to see a wreck or two and a close finish. I hated seeing the last 12 laps dragged out over an hour because they couldn't stop wrecking every lap. And I hated the finish even more with Ambrose losing and Carl 'Eddie Haskell Jr.' Edwards winning a race he shouldn't had.
I asked why they couldn't run in the rain at Watkins Glen earlier this month. After seeing this shitfest, I now understand why. It almost makes me want to watch a Met game. Almost.

Yeah - why don't they put a Sprint Cup race there? Lord knows, there are a lot of Canadian fans who'd love to see the race live.
Great showing by Jacques Villeneuve.

If by "ASAP", you mean "never", then we agree. Marcos Ambrose got beat because there were eleventy-three restarts and finally Carl was able to stay close enough on the final one. They should keep the rain tires in the Nationwide Series, and after seeing that I'm totally convinced they should only be used as a means to get to the half-way distance, when a race becomes official.

There are already many oval tracks inline for a Cup date before Montreal gets one, especially since it is a road course.
Holy fuck shit motherfucker shit. Read comics. Fuck shit shit fuck shit I sold out when I did my job. Fuck fuck fuck shit fuck. Sorry had to do it....

I don't see your point. There are so many ovals, but so few road courses. There are...what? Infineon? Watkin-Glens? That's basically it. There should be a few more - including one in the Chase.

They are NOT adding a road course, let alone one in Canada. That was my point.

You never know, I think one day The SPRINT SERIES will do more road courses. There is talk that the France Family wants to take NASCAR international(Overseas) eventually. Plenty of road courses in Europe and Asia.

Point taken...but I disagree with it. I think they should add another road course. I've always found them to be more exciting than ovals.

That would be a pretty good idea, but I gotta wonder how receptive Europeans would be to American style racing.

Holy crap what an awesome fight. juan Diaz really put the pressure on Juan Manuel Marquez for seven-plus rounds, and he has things going his way, but Marquez hurt and cut Diaz in the eighth, and finished him with two knockdowns in the ninth.
