Has anyone seen this gem? This has to be the best movie I have seen this year...hands down. The whole movie is hilarious in a way that nothing has been in years (in its weirdness and irrevency (sp?).
I highly recommend this movie if you can find a theatre near you playing it.
Ralph Wiley: Sorry, we had a chat room accident. It was like Freaky Friday. In fact, like Lindsay Lohan, I just inexplicably grew a pair of 36D's. --quote actually during an ESPN chat when Bill Simmons accidentally was put under Ralph Wiley's name
Ebert's last paragraph in his one-and-a-half star review: "I'm told the movie was greeted at Sundance with lots of laughter, but then Sundance audiences are concerned with being cool, and to sit through this film in depressed silence would not be cool, however urgently it might be appropriate."
Everything I've heard about it otherwise has been that it's hysterical. We're getting it next month. I'll probably go see it just based on the mentality of "Hey...I just drove through that town a month ago."
Quick question: Doesn't one have to have hair to spend ANY amount of time with a hair stylist? Also, there is an interview with the new talking flower pot in the new issue of FHM magazine that could end up hurting Salley.
