I love this move for probably the exact same ways. Of course, if I were actually a FAN of the Knicks, I probably wouldn't be as enamoured. I'll have to see what Kim thinks of it....she loves Ron and still liked the Knicks last I checked, but don't know how she'll find them together.
Considering that the Lakers have joined the ranks of the also-rans, at least having Metta World Artest around was good for entertainment value. Not to mention that he's a beloved figure out here. Laker fans are a lot more upset about losing Artest than Dwight Howard.
