Hey ladies. I'm in a pretty upbeat mood since I got another joshi tape, but I did manage to catch some of Smackdown. Didn't see the whole thing, but I did manage to see Brock Lesnar whoop poor Zach. Wow. That was creepy. For a while, I honestly thought my TV was going on it's last legs, thanks to the "censorship". I had to bang the damn thing to get the color back, lol! Anyway, it really came off like Brock was the worst thing to happen to the human race since the Las Ketchup song. Did the segment do too good of a job though? By the way, "manster" is the lamest name I've ever heard. Go right ahead..

Y'know, for a show with none of my favourite beefcake eye candy, this was very good anyway. :-)
Kurt was excellent. The opening promo was great. The opening scuffle with BS was good. The fight with BS was very, very good. And hopefully, the SS match with Brock will be really good big-guy wrestling, to bookend against this very good brawling. That's a purdy-lookin' stylistic counterpoint.
Matt & Rey was very good. Rey always does so much cool stuff. I think he just slightly bobbled the takeoff for that final West Coast Pop thingie, came up a tiny bit short on Matt, & maybe that was why Matt seemed to go quite so piledriver head first. Or else they planned it that way. (Matt did have a little protection with Rey's thighs.) Either way, it looked really sweet!!
I like the Bashams & Shaniqua. I like the gimmick, I like her as their manager, the boys tag together very well, Danny's a decent midcard-level guy, & Doug is really pretty good & continues to improve. Doug did some very nice work here, & a lovely "cheat to win" move. Weren't spunky little Nidia & Torrie trying to attack Shaniqua cute?

Zach's mom did good -- I believe that's the same mom they had on Zach's Confidential piece, so she's probably the real thing. She even kept a straight face when Brock flexed his pecs at her. (Don't know that I could.)

If this is the one time ever that they have Cole "do a JR" to emphasize what a baddie Brock has become -- I can live with that. If on the other hand, they've decided that Cole needs to take over all the JR over the top crap on a regular basis, then I'll be unhappy. Anyway, we're certainly left assuming that Zach/Matt is off for SS, but, skeptic that I am, we'll see what they do.
He licked the keycard!! ;-) I think Sable & her call-girl pumps, & A-Train are a perfect couple! I started to ask if AT would be borrowing Jamie's toy case, but then it occurred to me that that's just silly -- Sable & AT certainly both already have their own! Note to Sable: Laxatone is the best anti-furball preparation -- we can order you a case.
I loved Undertaker punching on Cena, while staring at ATrain in the corner -- very nice. (BTW, did everybody else see Taker on Jimmy Kimmel? He was downright cute, in a badass sort of way! I think Kimmel really likes the wrestlers, which puts them extra at ease. I just wish they'd give them longer segments.) Interesting match dynamic with the big ol' boys & the kids -- I was fine with this for a pre-PPV match.
Was ATrain working on stuffing Cena's chain (complete with padlock) down his trunks as he was leaving the ring? Insert your own selection of joke here.
"Oh my god, there's a Rhyno in a lowrider." That was some extra special Day-twah hydraulics in that bad boy -- balanced up on 3 wheels. Eddie wouldn't shake hands with Chris -- what a cad. Another nice pre-PPV teaser, especially with Eddie clocking Rhyno with the belt at the end, & the little "well, yeah" shrug for the camera.
Lots of good stuff in the Kurt/BS fight. NetHack calls out a bunch of the good spots in his notes on the main board, but my favourite may have been the chairshot by the upside-down Kurt.
