Has been a big topic on ESPN. People are saying that he is probably going on Waivers, and others say he is going to the hall of fame. I think neither is likely. What is most possible is that he will end up on another team, hopefully back on the Mariners, because well, we need him back, and he did well in Seattle. But if he is going to be the rusty player he has been for the Reds, you can retract all my comments.
If the Blazers don't make the playoffs I will be the sadest one of them all for the next 21 years.
Well he did make the All Century Team, which if I recall correctly, Barry Bonds didn't.
So if he gets to 500 and plays for a few more years, he's a shoe-in.
"Huard, gonna go back to throw the ball. Sets up, looks, throws towards the corner of the endzone...it is INTERCEPTED INTERCEPTED, THE DUCKS HAVE THE BALL! Down to the 35, the 40. Kenny Wheaton's gonna score! Kenny Wheaton is gonna score! 20, the 10, Touchdown! Kenny Wheaton on the interception, the most incredible finish to the football game!"
Third-worst team in the majors, exactly a decade after they won their first World Series. What the heck happened? Why did my beloved Jays have to be dismantled by the jerk-ass new GM? WHY? PLEASE, GOD, TELL ME!!
