Has anyone gotten or played this game? I was a big fan of the X-men Legends games and I was wondering if this game was in a similar style. If not, can someone give me their impressions of this game?

Take the IGN review with a grain of salt, as it's actually written by the editor of their Comics section. So it's more from the eyes of a comic fan than a gamer.
Having said that, some of the points are valid (the leveling up with hidden characters, for example), but it's still decent for at least a rental. But it's gonna pale in comparison to Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, that's for sure. This game is decent, but not much more.

WCW: Hulk Hogan d. Randy Savage in a main event no one cared about, but Roddy Piper came out immediately after to end Halloween Havoc with a bang. The Outsiders won their first WCW Tag Team titles by beating Harlem Heat.
