As a Titans fan, (former Titans coordinator) Mike Heimerdinger likes to take shots down the field, so I think that Pennington's arm will really get a workout.
McCareins is a breakout star waiting to happen, so I would expect some good things from him this year (provided he stays healthy).
Heimendinger will help your O alot. Just by simply being less conservative and taking shot down the field. And with Cole and McCariens you have two recievers who are great targets downfield. Hopefully Pennington has the arm to do it.
The D-Line and Linebackers are strong and your secondary will probably be better with a corner like Law.
Mike and Mike was a treat this morning, with the Mikes (Greenberg, particularly) making themselves sticky with the Pennington/Coles-love, and then having John Clayton come on to say "there's no way" their better, what with Jason Ferguson and Lamont Jordan, among others, leaving.
