Derek Jeter announced on his Facebook page that he's retiring after the coming season. Probably not a surprise given how many injuries he faced last year and that he's turning 40.

Cano of course was the biggest young homegrown star they had, but now he's gone. They're the Yankees, so they'll find someone, but it might take a while.

Wrong about the save... A save is earned if you come into the game where your team leads by 3 runs or less... The ONLY time you may lead by 4 runs and earn a save is if you come into the game and the bases are loaded - thus the tying run is at the plate....
