You are not limited to the 10 minutes.. you can reserve as much time as you want.. many customers do blocks of 30 minutes or more! Just multiply the price of the Skype you want in multiples of ten.

Once payment is confirmed, we will set your appointment.
Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes throughout the time I am available.
Requests are allowed, within reason, and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

I'm thinking of offering a Skype service myself! It'd be something more like where I'd start out wearing less clothes UNLESS you paid more. I'm still working out the logistics. Also, I'd probably need to register a Skype account.
Sad to see her reduced to this. (Or anybody, for that matter).
