Always looking to save some money, I was intrigued by the new STRAIGHT TALK line of prepaid cell phones available at Walmart. They have two basic plans. for $30/month its 1000 talk minutes, 1000 texts and 30MB of internet use. For $45 its unlimited for everything. So, is 30MB a lot or a little? I have always used a home based internet, so I never worried about the usage amounts. But since moving into the boonies, I decided it would be easier to get internet service through a phone, and use the computers at school if I really REALLY needed something that I couldn't access through a phone. So, how much is 30MB really? For somebody who isn't always online, but checks emails often and facebook often, is it enough?
Your over-the-top animated GIF of the boob squeezing woman is 660kb. If your phone doesn't cache it, then 50 page loads of this page would put you over.
Since they are charging you by the byte, I'd assume that they don't do anything in your favor like caching stuff, etc.
