Joanie "Chyna" Laurer is set to make her NWA: TNA debut on the February 18th show. She will work under the name of Cynna Doll and likely be involved in a program with Johnny Fairplay.
Its only a matter of time until she's back with Vince and Co. The sad part is, you know that HHH has been making Steph hit the weights during her absence from TV (apparently he forgot how though as his newly formed gut proves), so when she returns she'll be huge.
Chyna's first feud will be with Steph over HHH's affection or something asinine like that.
I almost ALMOST want to order TNA now to see how bad this trainwreck will be.
Would anyone like to place a bet on her wanting to work the X Division?
Seriously, Hall, Nash, and now Chyna. I read people raving about the quality of TNA vs. the WWE. But I keep reading the names of people they are bringing in and wonder if it is worth the hype.
I am kinda curious what she looks like now, since it's been a few years since I've seen her. I liked Chyna before all her surgeries, afterwards I just wanted her to go away.
Out of curiosity, the OUR so-called SPORT gang got together and rented this masterpiece. As you might guess, it's just terrible, although Sable wasn't the worst thing about it. It wasn't even laughably bad. There wasn't even much to work with for comedy. It's just a lousy, pitiful, occasionaly incoherent movie made barely tolerable by a reasonable amount of nudity (but not from Sable, who only drops the top when Hef or Vince are signing her checks.)

I don't know that you can copyright Chyna's gimmick.....maybe her name, but is Chyna Doll different enough from Chyna to actually make it legal? She's BEEN using that name, so I'm assuming it is.

Awesome. I look forward to Steph's return more than ever. Maybe my lifelong dream of seeing Stephie press-slam someone will come true!

And you know Vince will try. He's got a bad habit of trying to make the dead dance (with all these stupid angles that have been coming up... ugh.)

Yeah, I've noticed that he's gotten a little puggy. Ah, well, that's what happens when you're champ for two years and never actually defend it. It's actually very sad- his stomach jiggles when he walks down the ramp in his ring gear (on the very rare times he's actually wrestling)

Chyna left, let it be. Don't go and destroy any remaining credibility by shoving these three into an angle that would make Mae Young cry. (Mae has had some of the most pathetic angles in the history of the world.)
Whoa!!! Chyna? On TNA? WOW!!! this is just...WOW! I mean...I didnt think it was possible, but i dont want to get TNA now! And i ALWAYS want to watch TNA. I'm not saying that to down her as a performer, but i really dont care to watch her pin AJ Styles...or to make Trinity look weak.
Love her or hate her, this is another big name for TNA to add to their roster. She might be there to promote her music or maybe she loves wrestling, but I think TNA will benefit from it. She really could be a good fit with an angle with Johnny Fairplay, either as his foil or his ally. Plus, Brian Jammes is there, and he has history with him. I’m not sure if Sean Waltman will come back, but as they say in this sport we love, anything is possible. A mini-DX reunion could be in the works one day (this might be a good fit for Justin Credible to return, since he had friendships off camera with the Kliq members).
I may be biased because I have an autographed copy of her playboy edition made out to me specifically ; )

Okay...I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but just the thought of Joanie singing a song makes me very frightened.
Anyways, I'm just glad right now that she's not on Raw, taking the spotlight away from the women there who are MUCH better. But as a few people have said, it's only a matter of time...*sighs*

She's supposed to be making some rap record under the Chynna Doll name. I haven't heard any samples to know if I consider it bad or good yet. Mick Foley shows up at WWE shows to promote his projects, so I'd imagine she might be trying to do the same at TNA. Get on TV, and have the announcers talk about it. I'm just saying that could be her goal in all this.
From one rumor (at this point I believe it's still a rumor), she's gotton a big response on this message board. If an advertisement appears on TNA one week talking about her, I bet she'll really be a hot topic. Maybe she'll show up as the Sandman's next partner to face the Gathering.

E!'s "Celebrities Uncensored" had a small piece covering her record release party (at least I think that's what it was). Her live "freestyle rap" was one of the most atrocious things I have ever heard. Even her band looked like they wanted to walk out in the middle.
Here's a theory I'm developing in response to the curious Hogan phenomena of turning off young viewers while still being cheered out of every building.
