The space stuff looks real good. This is a superhero movie that's clearly invoking Star Wars with the cosmic scope and variety of aliens, and that's refreshing from how earthbound every other superhero movie is. I'm not up on current Green Lantern continuity but I guess they managed to get every alien Green Lantern into the Oa crowd shots. I especially liked Geoffrey Rush as Tomar-Re ("I was told you stammer.")
As ever, my main sticking point is Ryan Reynolds just because he's just not how I envision Hal Jordan as a character, but hopefully he'll convince me he's Hal during the actual movie. (Note nothing of Blake Lively was shown except for one brief shot.)
Holy God, this looks epic! To be fair, the Hal we have today is more up Ryan Reynolds' alley. Silver Age Hal is more like Charleton Heston who if alive would have been an awesome Alan Scott.
Looks incredible! Really looking forward to this, thanks for posting the link!
