According to my logs, the Googlebot did another sweep last week - and their cache confirms they have a copy of Friday's version of my start page up.
I checked on my free search with them, and they said:
There are approximately 3130 pages for slashwrestling.com in our index.
There are approximately 2480 pages for www.CRZ.net in our index.
So *hopefully* almost everything is covered. I would have preferred to see something closer to 4300 for slashwrestling.com but I don't think all my redirects have made it into their system yet (all the old CRZ.net/wrestling links should automagically rewrite to slashwrestling.com...in theory, anyway)
Our next step is to redo the code for this message board and get IT available on Google - I don't know WHY we want to do this, but I think Aaron just wants to see if it can be done, and it keeps him busy. ;-)
I think they found me a long time back, then I signed up for the free search to get the text box code (which may or may not have helped) which tells you how many pages you're including in your subsearch.
They DO have a suggestion URL box, but it works about as well as the rest of them. (I'm STILL not on Yahoo! - fortunately, they rely on Google so I can just back in that way.... ;-) )
It helps that my link design is pretty straightforward, too, I'm sure. (No frames, every page has a static link, &c.)
After some certain period of time, you can't edit your posts anymore and it becomes set it stone. I don't remember what I set it to but I do know that you can't edit a post you made in June (which is the one you're talking about here).
