I am unfamiliar with The Rocky Horror Picture Show, so this did nothing for me in that sense. I did love that Finn had the same feeling I did. "I have no idea what's going on in this script and it's not in the cool Inception kind of way."
Although I loved watching Will step in it through the entire episode. This season-long duel with him and Dentist John Stamos is going to be one of the highlights of this season, if it isn't already. And the first John Stamos musical number did not disappoint. Great stuff from him.
Oddly enough, you almost can't help but take Sue's side, considering Will put on the whole musical for himself. Loved her quote near the end, too. "And now more than ever, high school's a dangerous place and it's our job to guide them through it safely...and we still get to torture them along the way. It's a fabulous system!"
Next time, Puck's finally out of juvie and he takes Artie around as his community service.

Being a fan of Rocky Horror I thought I was going to watch this, but I didn't end up switching away from the basketball game I wasn't really watching. I'm with the folks who think Glee lost something halfway through last year and I haven't been able to get through a whole episode this season.
That said, looking at the song list, how did they NOT do "Don't Dream it, Be it"?!

I'm disappointed with the music - as a longtime RHS fan, and a frequent attender of the live productions and screenings (in garb, too!) I quite disliked the Glee versions of the songs.
WIth taht said, how could they NOT do "I'm Going Home"?
Oh, and Touch Me Touch Me Touch Me was probably the best song, and that's not saying much.
Now I know what the people who railed against the G.I. Joe, and Transformers movies felt like. I was cringing when "Sassy Black Girl" was going to be one of the Columbias, but then they go and ruin Frank N. Furter's main song! Nobody can play Frank better than Tim Curry!
I swear, the people who arranged the songs have never seen Rocky Horror!

As a long time Rocky fan and participant in the midnight shows I wasn't offended at all by the songs. If the Rocky experience is to live on into the next generation then the "Gleeification" needs to happen.
Really really excellent. Bonus points for Iggy. Mega bonus points for Klaus Nomi! TO-tal eclipse of the Sun! really don't know how that two-parter could have been better.
