Well, that race for 3rd in the conference just got more heated. Too bad. I'm a huge Raptors fan, but I really like Arenas too. His blog has all the comedy of Schilling's without both the pretentiousness and the overwhelming hankering to punch the author in the face.
Kevin Kelly: "Mr. Austin, would you like to comment on Wade Keller's Take that endorsing the XFL hurts your anti-authority character?"
Steve Austin: "Oh shit, he actually said that? I thought the boys in the back were ribbing me!"
Kelly: "No, he really said that. Did they tell you the part about you sitting in the stands, looking all skeptical?"
Austin: "AHAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah... oh man that was too much."
As annoying as this might be for the Lakers, this is Year 3 of "we really really like our core players - but don't get too attached to them because we might trade for Garnett/Gasol/Kobe" for the Bulls.
