For those of you who are curious, this comes from GameSpot:

"Nintendo also announced that it expects 60 titles to be available for the GameCube by June, including games like Spider-Man: The Movie, Bloody Roar: Primal Fury, Smashing Drive, Spy Hunter, Wrestlemania X8, and others."

I thought that the "him" they weren't considering punishing referred to Gu Gu, the panda, as in they weren't going to punish the panda for attacking a human. I don't see anything in there about punishment for Zhang.
