Wonder who'll be taking over for him at Phoenix Racing?
Silly Season looks to be pretty cool. So far, we have:
Joey Logano to the #22 (Penske) Matt Kenseth to the #20 (Joe Gibbs) Kurt Busch to the #78 (Furniture Row) Ricky Stenhouse to the #17 (Roush Fenway) Danica Patrick to the #10 full-time (Stewart Haas)
Am I missing anything?
Odd choice, bringing Danica into the Sprint Cup after such a short time in Nationwide - she hasn't even won a race in that series yet.

Patrick might not be much of a driver yet (ever?) but she sells a lot of merch and is very popular.
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

One the one hand, Danica jumping to Cup looks like a huge mistake. During last week's Nationwide race they were talking about Michael Annett saying he feels he needs another year in the NNS and he needs to win some NNS races before he even thinks about driving the 43 in Cup (which has been a rumor). Andy Petree said something like "that's really smart because you can't learn to win at the Cup level," and I was sitting there going "SOMEONE bring up Danica now, please."
OTOH, plenty of NASCAR drivers take to the Cup cars better than the Nationwide cars, and Danica I think is going to be 31 next year, so she might as well get on it. She *has* been doing better in the races the more she's run them in Cup.

My sentiments are more or less in line: pretty good show, results were predictable but the fights were exciting nonetheless. And while I was expecting Silva to beat Fujita, I didn't think it would be quite like that.
