I'm going to visit The Lovely Future Mrs. Hegemon overseas shortly, and while Singapore is one of the great places to eat in the world, they're lacking in some of her favorite Western food, one prime example of which is pizza. I'd love to be able to bring her at least a few slices of authentic stuff. So my question is whether anyone can give me advice about how to make it survive in my luggage. Is it doable? If so, how? Should I freeze it first? Does it matter what toppings I get, or how it's sliced? Any advice would be appreciated.

The flight will be what, 15-20 hours? The cargo area isn't heated, so it would stay frozen. The bigger issue is if they will let you bring it into the country.
