We're going to need sandbags for the impending floods. Lots and lots of sandbags.
""We may boo Santa Claus and throw frozen batteries in the end zone, but we don't throw $7 beers. We don't waste those." -Spurs forward and Philadelphia native Malik Rose, speaking on the Pacers-Pistons incident
Man, he's got the Celtics part all wrong ... Sure, they've got an average record thus far (if it weren't for some fourth-quarter collapses, the team could easily be 17-3 at this point - I'm serious) to justify a "C", but where's he come up with this stuff:
Originally posted by Charley RosenRicky Davis is undisciplined ... Mark Blount is having close to a career year
Ricky Davis is having a phenomenal season thus far (note his 34-point effort against the Clips last night) with no outbursts, while Blount - aside from one or two good outings - has yet to justify that big contract he signed over the summer.
But hey, that's what happens when a national sportwriter tries to "grade" every single team as if he's been following each one from the beginning of the season; it's just not possible, so you get lazy and "guess".

Kawshen - you post lots of links here with some interesting articles, but I almost never see you comment on them. Most generally, it's here's a list or here's a link with no additional comment. Is there something about this list of grades that made you go "hmmmmmm?" Give me a hook as to why you think it's worth us reading. Thanks!

Carmelo or Lebron or Dar....oh wait, never mind that last one. I don't want to hear any bullshit about a shared award, just your flat-out opinion on who the ROY should be. In my mind, it's Carmelo by a hair.
