I just got my copy of Final FirePro in the mail along with Mario Sunshine and I was incredibly excited to find the Management of the Ring mode.
This mode is absolutely awesome. You can start out owning the old WCW, All Japan, numerous other feds, or start your own. Try to put your opposition out of business or team up with them for interpromotional shows. I hired Angle away from the WWE! ^_^;; You've got to manage your talent, book shows, work on television deals, and scout for new talent. This new mode is amazing. Unfortunately I can't read Japanese too well, which means I'm gonna have to pick up the American release too.
The insanely awesome Management of Ring mode is just the icing on the cake that is FirePro. They've only added a few new moves, but the ones they did add look awesome. The Angle Slam, Last Ride, Shining Wizard, and Cocky Pin are among the new moves in Final FirePro. The only bad thing about the import is that they recolored the US guys like they did for the US release of FPA. =( I can't wait for the US release of FirePro 2!

Is FirePro 2 going to come out for all three systems, is it Gamecube-exclusive, was?

Well, Final FirePro wrestling is for GBA. It's supposedly the last 2D FirePro game as the PS2 and GameCube games will be 3D.
There isn't much information on FirePro for GameCube other than the fact that it will be 3D.
I haven't heard anything about a FirePro for PS2, but I have heard about a game called King of Coliseum. This game is made by the people who make FirePro and is going to be two separate disks, Pokemon Style! One disk will contain NJPW and a few others while the other disk contains NOAH, AJPW, and another. The only way to do cross disk fighting is with a PS2 harddrive. Eh...

Looking beyond the PS3, something I read earlier in the week, suggests that the PS4 may have a built in Eye Toy. There's so much potential in that little camera, I'm hoping that between the PS2 and PS3 we'll see the support that gets it in the PS4.
