That's why all content/pay per views weren't immediately available once the switchover from WWE Network went live ... Didn't even occur to me (I figured there was some sort of tehnical limitation going on), but totally makes sense now!
But that means that any "completionists" out there who want access to ALL of WWE's content (who, let's be honest, were already fooling themselves on that front what with all the "WWF" logos being censored and the theme songs being replaced with copyright-free music etc etc) are going to be out of luck.
So no blackface (RIP Piper) and no N-words (Vince should thank his lucky stars that people are trying to erase that moment from existence) ... but Hogan hosting this year's WrestleMania? Totally A-OK! :|
Lots of complaining on the Twitter about this from people, but I get it. NBC is a much bigger, much more respected corporation than WWE could ever dream of being. They've taken down episodes of their own hit shows because of blackface. Taking out racist WWE stuff makes sense and really, it makes sense. It's going to be interesting to see where their line is for the Attitude era shows, from the NOD impersonation to Lawler spouting the homophobic F-bomb to Goldust and the various nakedness. I can't think of much of it that is going to make a difference in my enjoyment without it.
I did rewatch WM 30 the other night though and there was a very jarring fade to black cut in between Austin's entrance and when Austin started to talk during the opening segment. A space for an ad break maybe? I didn't see any others. It was just... out of place.

I would rather have the copyrighted music. I think a much bigger problem is that Peacock doesn't seem to have a rewind or a start over from the beginning option. Honestly, Peacock kind of sucks. If you didn't know, WWE subscribers can get there first four months for $10: https://www.peacocktv.com/sports/wwe But I'm not sure it is worth much more than that.
It's the most important meal of the day.

That was what I came here to say - that was really jarring last week and a major function just taken away with no rhyme or reason that Network subscribers have used for years now. My wife ran out to pick up dinner last week just as the show started and totally missed the women's tag match because we just assumed I could pause/start over. Peacock's customer service Twitter account was getting flooded the whole show.
Comcast/Xfinity users get Peacock Premium for 'free' as part of our overall cable package so it's basically saving us paying Vince $10 directly every month.
I just took a peek at WrestleMania XX on Peacock to see how it compares to WWE Network, and... blech. You mean they don't even have buttons on there that let you go right to the match you want to watch?

Kane has become a very unpopular version of 911. Why does every Cena challenge have to be him beating the odds? Can't they just be subtle for a couple of weeks and let The Authority give Cena breaks and handouts until his head pops?
