According to CNNSI (sportsillustrated.cnn.com), he's out for the year without pay. It's not good for the Browns or their fans, but I think it was the right decision for the NFL after Stallworth plead guilty.

I'm still in disbelief that Stallworth only got 30 days in jail for KILLING SOMEONE WHILE DRIVING DRUNK! I'd love to see how much jail time any one of us would get for doing the same thing, settlement or no.
Listen. We've been over this. The dead man was not 100% innocent in this. He ran out into the middle of the street. We'll never know if he still would've been hit if Donte was stone cold sober. What we DO know is that one of the better ways to not get run over is not to run in the middle of the street to make your bus at dawn. Donte served the time given to him, and he will serve his suspension because he DUI'd. He didn't murder andbody and as I've said before, if the state really thought that he would receive a stiffer punishment, it would've gone to trial.
I still think there is a hint of racism or a better word biased in his decision making. He slams around Donte, Vick and Pac-man and no really cares. Yet, the one decision that actually had to do with football, spygate, he gives them virtually nothing. I think people are ok with Goddell being the tough cop on the black players, but once someone like poster boy all white world Brady and his friends are in trouble that is a different story.

Originally posted by drjayphdHere's the problem with freaking out about the jail time: There's a lot more to go with the sentence. Lifetime driving suspension (he MIGHT be able to drive for work-related purposes at some point in the future, but not for quite some time), ten years probation, house arrest after getting out of jail... he's not exactly getting off lightly.
He owned up, cooperated, and has settled things. I'm not sure I'd call it praiseworthy, but I'm not going to get up in arms over him when there's athletes trying to evade or obstruct justice.
You can't just go off the jail time. Hell, Leonard Little was nailed for DUI manslaughter and didn't miss the entire season. As has already been posted:

I for one am glad that it's a full year suspension. Goodell set up the player conduct policy because players were getting in legal troubles that were hurting the image of the league. The length of his prison time aside, Stallworth has done so with this incident.
I don't see how a comparison to the Patriots is warranted, as that is an on the field issue which is not covered by the player conduct policy. Also any team in the NFL, including the Patriots, has many black players on it, so I'm not sure how a perceived light penalty against the Patriots is indicative of racial bias. Find me an example of a white player who has had the same legal trouble as the black players you listed and didn't get an appropriate penalty and you'll have a case. Matt Jones is debatable. I can't really think of anyone else.
Maybe it's a bit of Midwestern bias coming into play, but the Pack is nuts if they don't keep Seneca Wallace around and groom him as the possible heir to the Favre spot.
