The good news is they now have some assemblance of a running back...the bad news is they got him in so late there's no possible way he learns the playbook any time before Week 5.
Then again, I'm just hoping he's better than Minor/Henry/Russell has been so far, even in the exhibition games.
I liked what I saw of Gordon last year, and I'm mildly surprised the Rams let him go. He won't be a patch on Ricky, but there's no reason why he and Minor shouldn't combine for a semi-decent running game. I'm just pissed someone in my fantasy league heard this before me and snaffled him.
I'll second the 'better year than George' theory, which almost inevitably confirms Eddie's up for 1,000 yard season.
