Here are the matches in the upcoming WWE DVD release of "Ric Flair and the Four Horsemen," which includes interviews with Flair, Tully Blanchard, J.J. Dillon, Jim Ross, Dean Malenko, Barry Windham and Dusty Rhodes: Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard & Ric Flair vs. Pez Whatley & Italian Stallion & Rocky King 6/22/85 Ric Flair vs. Ricky Morton cage match from Charlotte on 7/5/86. As I recall, this was an awesome match Dusty Rhodes vs. Tully Blanchard First Blood match Starrcade 86. I was at that show and this was not an awesome match Four Horseman vs. Dusty Rhodes & Steve Williams & Lex Luger & Nikita Koloff & Paul Ellering 7/16/88 in a War Games match Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Sting & Nikita Koloff 7/16/88 Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Barry Windham & Lex Luger 3/27/88 Clash of Champions Arn Anderson vs. Ric Flair 9/17/95 Fall Brawl
ROCKY KING?! The only DVD he belongs on is one for Nikita Koloff. You know, the match where Koloff catches him with the Sickle, and King does a real-and-true 360 on his wrist.

They interview Jim Ross but they don't interview Arn Anderson? Jim Ross was barely around during the original incarnations of the Horsemen. Since I picked up the original WarGames on a Bootleg DVD, having the '88 version on the disc doesn't bother me as much. If they are going to show the Luger/Windham vs. Arn/Tully match from the original Clash, they also need to show the rematch a few weeks later where Windham turned, and the post-match from said incident. No Tully/Arn winning the tag titles from the Rock 'n Roll Express? Disappointing. If this is all, get the pitchforks and torches out, because it means Vince and Co. screwed up one of the simplest DVD's to compile ever, especially if it is down to 360 minutes rather than the originally leaked 540 minutes.
The Horsemen DVD is only 2 Discs but Still 9 hours. Let Us Rejoice and Sing Its Praise.
As long as it has Ole Anderson turning on Thunderbolt Patterson to kick the whole thing off, the rest of the set could be dedicated to Paul Roma's Horsemen years for all I care...
This does not sound too promising. Hopefully there is more to it than this. Combined with the new DX DVD, it seems like the DVD department has slipped a notch. I would have rather had a volume 2 for Flair, HBK, or Foley.
Dean! Have you been shooting dope into your scrotum? You can tell me! I'm hip!

Forgive me if I have asked this before but does ANYONE remember the Shotgun Saturday night before Wargames (I think it was Wargames)where the Horsemen team pretended to already be at the PPV site and Sting being the only member of his team that stayed behind. It involved Arn giving this killer promo about "don't go out and leave your back door open" which naturally led to a classic beatdown on Sting with Arn screaming" I told you, I told you not to leave your back door open!"
I swear sometimes I think I dreamed the whole thing.

SHOTGUN Saturday Night? You mean WCW Saturday Night, right?
Well let's hope they take the extra 10 mins. or so on the card then and put it to good use like giving it to HBK/Jericho or Angle/Lesnar. God forbid they use the extra time for the hoss match. But I was really looking forward to the rap challenge though....
