"Lebron is cleaning house" might not be 100% accurate but it wouldn't be a stretch to believe someone in the organization asked LeBron ahead of time if he would be okay with Danny Ferry no longer being the team's GM.

I don't think anyone consulted LeBron on this move, but I will agree that this move was done purely in the interest of trying to curry his favor.
