Is anyone else expecting to see Bob Orton pop up at some point in this Foley/Orton program? I don't know if it would mirror too closely to the Chavo/Chavito angle happening right now on SD, but given the history between Foley and Boxin' Bob (they were tag champs together in Florida--till they split in a nasty work where Orton gave Foley the screwjob), I think it makes sense to bring some kind of "sin of the father visited upon on the son" flavour to this whole thing, and with Chavo Sr. working over at SD, this idea must be dangling right in front of their faces. Hey, has Ace been inducted into the Hall of Fame yet? Suppose something could happen there?

So sayeth Randy Stilton.

If nothing else, "Cowboy" Bob should be on hand at WM this year in recognition of his role in the main event of the first WM. I don't think he needs to be involved in his son's angle as he'd probably just be a drain on Randy's heat. Having him in the crowd, though, and on camera, possibly interviewed just before the match, would be a nice touch and an allusion to the history of the event.

Do you really want Randy Orton seconded by his father and Mick Foley seconded by Mr. T?

Several months ago, I was calling for the main event to be Hulk Hogan and Booker T vs. Roddy Piper and Randy Orton.

But shouldn't Foley be seconded by Jimmy Snuka if Orton was going to return to his seconding position?

I believe JR was referring to Booker's parents. Not Randy's.

Ace is still alive, and last I saw, could still go in the ring.

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened.

Bob Orton Sr. is still alive, too.

I'd tell you to kiss my ass, but I don't want to get it infected.

Yeah, it had never crossed MY mind either, but now that someone's put the idea in my head, count me in as being on board with this.

Although as Plan B you can always bring out the Haiti Kid with a mohawk.
