In the live show, he does several wardrobe changes -- "costumes" but no suits. I suspect the suits got stored when the beard grew in. I'd guess that he goes back to the Johnny Carson basic model on TV though.
At Mohegan Sun, apparently Conan's show was in the venue later in the evening after a women's basketball game. Very cool time lapse movie of the game, the load-in, the show, & the load-out in this blog entry (teamcoco.com).
Also, interesting tweet & video (teamcoco.com), that seem to indicate that they may be doing a record at Third Man Records (thirdmanrecords.com) in Nashville. Maybe with an audience opportunity?? Any Conan fans near Nashville?
I saw Coco in Philadelphia and he had Trey Anastasio for his musical guest (eh) and Upper Darby's own TINA FEY!!! to pull the not-Walker-Texas-Ranger lever. (the show was at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby, just on the western outskirts of the city, where Tina grew up)
That Jack White video is awesome...and you didn't mention that mystery person walking with Jack...has to be Meg, right? The last Stripes performance was on Conan's last Late Night episode and he goes way back with the Stripes...

This was reported Friday, but Variety didn't pick it up until today, which means I didn't see it until today: This is just about the ONLY thing that would make me want to watch this show...so NOW, I'm *desperate* to see these four episodes.
