Probably doesn't belong here, but can anyone identify the statue at the 1:22ish mark of this video?

It sounds like the person is saying "Blaydon", but I'm pretty sure that's not right ... Any help?

He's saying "Platon," as in the philosopher Plato. The statue is specifically the one at the Oracle of Delphi, seen here:

Now I know people who use Coke in their BBQ Sauce or Chili, same goes for Dr. Pepper. I know people who use Pepsi or Coke to marinate their venison. I use 7up in my Date Nut Bread recipe but I have never seen Root Beer Float Cake.
