In a trade that will become official after the 2010 NBA Draft, the Bucks acquired Chris Douglas-Roberts from the New Jersey Nets for a 2012 second-round draft pick.
So the Bucks are continuing to add pieces in an effort to become a contender, while the Nets? They're starting to turn into the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Nets have 3 first round picks, thus 3 guaranteed contracts. They dump Roberts and clear $850k off the cap and give them a little more room going for free agents.
The Nets went 12-70 last year. I don't think anyone's gonna be falling all over themselves to sign with them.
