Welcome home, men of the 2nd Bn, 127th Infantry, 32d "Red Arrow" Brigade, WI Army National Guard! Job well done in Iraq!

He'll now coach the team he beat for his first bowl win at Wisconsin.

Still TBD: who will coach the Badgers in the Rose Bowl vs. Stanford on New Year's Day. Bielema allegedly wants to, but it's unknown if UW athletic director Barry Alvarez will let him.

Coolest rumor of the day: that Alvarez himself will return to Bucky Badger's Pasadena sidelines for one day only.

(EDIT: Sports guy just pointed out to me that Bielema pretty much said in his Arkansas presser that Alvarez will do it, as geemoney said below. Alvarez DOES have a press conference scheduled for tomorrow morning in Madison...hmmm...)

Bielema admitted at his Arkansas presser that he won't coach the Badgers in the Rose Bowl. I think Alvarez should do it. As for replacements, I like Paul Chryst but there are a lot of hold-ups to him coming on board. After that (and maybe Mel Tucker), I don't really have any idea or opinion.
