No, this episode was definitely better than the first. I don't think it's ever going to be a top fave of mine, but it's watchable. The bunny-hat kid is growing on me. (What was it? "She likes to mess with people she thinks are stupid.") And very much liked where it dropped into The Shining bar scene.
Gotta agree with the majority this time. This was MILES better than the first episode, although some of the same problems still exist for me. The sampling from the boy for his class bit was pretty great.

It's a good thing I didn't know the title beforehand, or else the final twist would've been pretty obvious. (Though you could kind of sense something was up when Klaus was shot.)
