if it's cited, like you did, you shouldn't have a problem. It's when you take someone else's work and claim it as your own is when you run into problems.
One can go to Wrigley and not get mugged. You don't have to worry about the game being interrupted by morons jumping the railing to go after first base coaches and umpires. (Maybe this is the fault of the Royals for some reason.)
