This is a spin off of another thread (Awful Gear). I was thinking of some wrestlers that have had some awesome gear.
My personal favorite: Al Snow when he was Euro Champ.
Who else?

I was always a fan of anything HBK wore 96 - 98. The guy had the best threads ever. Specifically, the black and white irridescent ones he wore at Survivor Series '96 against Sid.
Also, Chris Jericho's Electric blue tights w/ pink trim are pretty snazzy too.
"And in front of the entire world, I want to show my little boy that sometimes - just sometimes, you have to FIGHT to be a man." - Michael S. Hickenbottom, the man who does not take part in angles that conflict with his religion, swearing violent revenge on HHH in full view of his two-year-old son. 11:06 PM, EST. 08/05/02.
He never wore the underwear looking tights that HHH, Rocky and a lot of other gusy wear. he had the legs with both straps. It looked like wrestling gear that YOU wouldn't be embarassed to wear. Even the Pink and Black worked well together.
Shawn Micheals was alright, but a bit too flamboyant.
Yeah, I have to admit I'm a sucker for TAKA's 3/4 length tights he wore for most of his Kaientai tenure in the WWF. I'd probably wear that style, black, with crop circles or adidas stripes in red if I was wrestling. If not those, biker shorts.
"D-Von actually gets his head stuck up Rikishi's _ss and I am filled with love. love for wrestling. love for you. a love so true. like a perfect love. like a man and a woman. like a true wrestling fan and his or her love for CHRIS MOTHER____ING BENOIT."
I like most of Kurt Angle's wrestling-tight outfits. They just add a touch of old-school “real” wrestling class to accentuate his character. He looks like he could actually go into a college wrestling gymnasium wearing his pro wrestling tights, and I think that's pretty cool.
“You read about all these terrorists -- most of them came here legally, but they hung around on these expired visas, some for as long as 10-15 years. Now, compare that to Blockbuster; you are two days late with a video and those people are all over you. Let's put Blockbuster in charge of immigration.”

RVD is the most consistant with new tights... I like it when the wrestlers change their tights often. Angle has had some good ones, escpecially the tights with the gold abs.
RVD's gear is generally good, although there have been a few clunkers in there.
I always kinda liked the British Bulldog's flag trunks, with the fringy things tied around his biceps and all. Colorful and eye-catching, without being garish.
Jeff Jarrett's gear when he was in his "Double J" period was cool, once he took off the hat and the dumb sunglasses.
Ditto for RVD. At King of the Ring, my friend remarked, "Ah, he busted out the Bengal tights for the PPV!" I also like the one with the spinal cord running down the back.
And if we're going back in the day, you gotta give it up for the Ultimate Warrior. Everything he wore contributed to the image.

I'm sorry, pink and black tights with a big pink triangle on them isn't embarassing? Your kidding, right? My wife and I just saw "Wrestling with Shadows" for the first time when A&E showed it a few days ago, and my wife's first reaction upon seeing Bret was, "So his character is supposed to be gay?" I replied that, no, he's supposed to be _so_ straight he has no what an upside-down pink triangle means.

The Road Warriors, NWA, circa 87-90. Pre-WWF, when the spiked shoulder pads were black instead of red and had chains on them. F'k'n BADASS.
I also always liked Ricky Steamboat's look, even though it wasn't especially flashy. The best example is the outfit he wore at WrestleMania III. White tights, White boots, and a white, martial arts style gi robe, with stylized asian dragons on the boots and on the back of the robe.
I agree with whoever said Rick Rude's airbrushed tights. I especially liked how they'd have something to do with the particular match, or his opponent. Like, when he was going for the IC title at WrestleMania V, so he had the belt airbrushed onto his tights, or when he was feuding with Jake Roberts, and had Jake's wife's picture on his tights. Classic :)

"The Franchise" Shane Douglas: I'm a "Franchise" mark and I just love the Black and Yellow.
RVD: How can you not love the airbrushed tights.
Rick Rude: See RVD.
Chris Jericho: Ever since his ECW days he has had some of the best looking tights in the business.
Kurt Angle: I love the old-school singlet look especially with the Red,White and Blue.I like the newest one he has that looks like camoflage and the one that looks like its bleeding with the Red,White and Blue dripping down.
Bret Hart: The only man besides Owen and Chris Jericho that could make pink look tough.
Randy Savage: I like the old-school pink with yellow star tight from back when he could still go.
Chris Nowinski: I just like the white boots and knee pads.I kinda makes him look like Rick Martel.
Eddie Guerrero: His stuff from his Early-WCW days looked kinda weird but his gear now is awesome. The mixture of Gold,Black and any other color just looks good
that about all i can think of.
