Pretty amazing that a rookie gets nominated for the Vezina but isn't a finalist for the Calder. Even given that some of these guys might have played last year if there had been a season, this was a great year for rookies.
NHL to lockout players September 15. (theglobeandmail.com) If this happens again, that might be it for me. I can go to Colgate for my hockey fix, because this is absurd.
