This is a great new webshow that started popping up on wwe.com, which is basically the Smackdown announcers shooting the shit about recent events going on in the company. JBL will most likely go off into an anecdote or shoot on someone, which produces at least two or three memorable quotes.
On the Where Are They Now? section on the website "I was certainly sad to hear Virgil and Jake Roberts were still alive!"
Cole runs down the No Way Out card -Kane and King Booker, one on one?
-.........Yeah?
Those, and his reaction to the announced Diva Invitational for NWO. The latest one was recorded on the 15th. I encourage everyone to check it out for some JBL greatness.
Your link took me to their debut show, talking about the Royal Rumble. I really enjoyed it. I don't get to watch Smackdown! (I should be able to get it in, but for some reason I can't), so it's fun to hear JBL talk. He had some memorable quotes in this one as well.
Just listened to the one before the Royal Rumble. Freaking hilarious. JBL's commentating may be my favorite part of SmackDown!, and he doesn't disappoint on this. The only difference between this and his commentating is that it's more shooting and less JBL character-acting.
It's been almost 4 months since the roster split. I wonder who really stepped up as performers and who let you down or re-enforced your idea that they sucked to begin with.
