Good voices this time around but no real X Factor in any of the contestants - fans want Ruben to be Barry White but he just doesn't have the silky gravel or the love machine look to him - maybe it was those 205 jerseys he wore earlier in the competition but to me he just looks like a happy goof who loves to sing......Clay looks like the love child of Alfred E. Newman & Rick Astley - I can't take him and his theatrics seriously - Simon was right, he belongs on Broadway - he will be a great stunt casting option for a struggling Broadway show in about 6 months
I won't see them "sing-off" tonight due to a business dinner but if I was voting, it would be for Ruben......though wouldn't it be great to see Frenchie come out from the wings with a chair and blast them both in the head while Ryan Seacrest shouted into the mike "OH MY GAWD !!!"

I think my girl Kimberly got hosed...I thought she had far and away the best voice for pop music. I could care less who wins now. They'll both end up getting record deals anyways.
I don't watch the show, but Clay is a local celebrity here in Raleigh (his hometown), and my friend used to be really tight with him (before they changed him to look so gay), so I'm rooting for him. Of course, I really couldn't give a shit who wins. So why am I posting this again?
I only saw a bit of this season's first episode (just to watch Simon shoot people down). Still don't care about the show, or anyone associated with it.
Except Ruben. What little I saw of him showed me he could get the Nowinski "don't need to win to make it" rub. Except that means we'll get tortured with whoever this other guy is... music ain't exactly as open to making it as wrestling. Harder to kick the door in.
