We already have 2015 (Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Ant-Man) and 2016 (Dr. Strange and Captain America 3) spoken for, and I would suspect the single film in 2019 will be the third Avengers movie. So that leaves four slots for 2017 and 2018, and I'll predict...
* Thor III * Black Widow's own solo movie (with supporting roles for Falcon and Hawkeye) * sequel for Guardians of the Galaxy, provided the first one isn't a bomb
There are plenty of options for the fourth slot. Maybe they'll try to revive Hulk again with Ruffalo getting his own movie? Maybe Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver totally steal Avengers II and they get their own movie (which would also have the added benefit for Marvel of pissing off 20th Century Fox)? Maybe an Ant-Man sequel if that movie actually succeeds despite losing Edgar Wright? Or, maybe a new character gets launched like Ms. Marvel or someone.

I thought it was clear already that they had a 2nd stage (ending with Avengers 2) and 3rd stage (ending with Avengers 3) figured out. And with 2 movies a year I don't think they're overdoing it.
What will saturate the market is DC saying they want to do 2-3 movies a year asap. And of course Sony wanting to do a gazillion more Spider-man/Spidey villains movies cramped in a the same timespan.
But if it were just Marvel, I have all faith in them. And that includes Guardians which looks to be lots of fun. There's a rumor now that a Dr. Strange movie will be somewhat horror which means they'll once again add a different type of 'super' story to their universe.
