They got to the Eastern Conference Finals this year, after all, and they figure to be just as good, if not better, this year.
So I can certainly see them winning the East. In fact, I'm pulling for them to win the East if the Pacers can't do it. (If it comes down to Pacers-Celtics in the East, though, Boston must DIE! LOL)...
The Celts winning the East is quite likely.
