I didn't think I wanted to see them back together again, but this has been so well done that I'm all in. Dean is also a lot more tolerable when he is hanging with his Shield mates. I didn't think WWE was capable of stringing this type of story together and yet here we are.
Kalisto, FINALLY is a memeber of The Cruiserweight Division, which is a win for him, the division and little kids everywhere. I think this segment plays a lot better earlier in the show when the little ones are still up and the crowd isn't totally spent, but you do what you can I suppose.
This was a good Raw for the most part and a nice distraction from the real world.

Kalisto should have been in the spot he is now months ago. It isn't hard to sell luchador masks, WWE! Capitalize! Enzo doing his best Michael Scott "Boom, Roasted!" was kinda fun.
Glad to see Mickie in a title match. Sad and not at all it involves Depends jokes. At least they aren't going full Piggy James this time, right?

Since it was already reported that this reunion's purpose is to help solidify Reigns as the face of the company, turning the most popular tag team today into his lackeys. Dean goes back to carrying Roman in mic promos, whilst Seth goes back to carrying Roman in tag matches.
Dean and Seth have already started to make a name for themselves outside of the Shield, & now they're back to being Roman Reigns' body guards because Reigns can't do his job.
You would think with what Roman has been given, he would have been drawing Mcgregor like numbers smh.
But then this what the company does with their chosen ones. They just beat you into submission. When the alternative is that Roman will single handedly plow through everyone for years to come, it suddenly doesn’t sound so bad that at least with the other two with him that the dominance will make more sense and there’s at least a chance of entertaining mic work when they are out there too.

When was the last time 2 out of 3 in a team were cheered with 1 just given lukewarm cheers at the big spots a best? Seth and Dean (or is it Dean and Seth?!) have lost to Braun the last couple of weeks so do they need Roman or is Roman so weak they have to be helping him out?
The Shield getting back together could and should be a massive thing but I really cannot see fans buying it. I expect people in the arena will give them a pretty good reaction, but there is always excitement for nostalgia, even if it is just a few years ago. Us in front of the TV might not agree though. But Vince won't give a toss so he will be happy!
