This would have been a great opening to the show. Especially when the American Alpha/Uso's story that unfolded. Instead, during the opening, we got the awkward Smackdown Women's Championship Forum that did nothing to contribute to the show or the Smackdown Women's Championship.
I still liked the show. Some bad decision making happened here though.

Not sure I like AA being wiped off of Backlash, but it made the Usos interesting for the first time in over a year.
Talking Smack is amazing. Daniel Bryan not knowing that it is the Hype Bros, not the Hype Brothers, and everyone picking on Renee for picking Dean as winner was fantastic. Easiest half hour on TV.

It's definitely conflicting. The Usos turn is good and I'm glad they didn't immediately give the titles to American Alpha. As much as I love that Sasha, Finn, etc have won the title I think both of them should have been saved for something bigger. Let AA win the titles at Survivor Series, Royal Rumble or even Wrestlemania.
That being said, it's tough that AA doesn't have a much. It'd be nice if they'd throw in a Jason Jordan singles match just to get them on the show.

I would think AA will get on the show by having Jason Jordan interfering in the tag team finals to cost the Usos and give Heath Slater his contract. Gable can follow on crutches if they want to give him a PPV payday too!
