Lucha Underground announced they're returning on the 27th. Here's a press release. They're going to resume the five hour block of Lucha Underground episodes on 01/06 (with S1 repeats) and run a complete Season 1 marathon on Saturday 01/23 to Sunday 01/24.
If you're a fan of the show and would like to remain unspoiled until the premiere, you probably need to steer clear of anything Lucha Underground related from now until the premier. Especially wikipedia. They've already taped a couple months worth of shows, and they'll only have a handful left after the start date. It's looking like at least 24 episodes and maybe up to 28 this season; the press release is noticeably quiet on that count.
There's been no word about Unimas yet, which is a little strange. No streaming/VOD thing either. That's pretty obviously a big problem for expanding the reach of the product, but it doesn't change the product being pretty good if you can watch it.
If you are looking for alternative legal means to watch the show, Fubo.TV, a football related streaming service, weirdly includes El Rey in their $7/month package. It also gives you a week free, so might be worth trying for the premier. (It's just a stream tho', no VOD or DVR.) If you want something a little more well known, El Rey also on SlingTV's $20/month service. I have no idea how well the things work in your area (which almost has to be the US), but reports I've heard are mixed. You could also try just coming over to my house on Wednesday night, but please call ahead of time to reserve couch space.
