This year's show has been built and promoted very well. All of the matches have meaning. It is nice to see all of the titles being defended on the same night, for the first time in as long as I can remember. Even the Legends title!

This year the legends inductee is Earl Hebner (as foreshadowed by Bully Ray months ago). Jarrett's already been inducted, so for the second year in a row we will have had two inductees. The Hall of Fame is now Sting, Angle, Team 3D, Jarrett, and Hebner. Kim, the Hardyz, AJ and the much missed Christian Cage seem to be the top contenders for next year's slots.

A Dollhouse (Taryn?/Jade/Marti/Rebel) v. Beautiful People (Madison/Velvet/Angelina?) match might be added. If so, then I expect the Beautiful People to win--ideally with the help of their long forgotten 4th horsewoman, Von Erich.

Mahabali Shera (aka Khoya) v. James Storm might also be added. I'd guess there'd be a former-Revolutionary fourway with Abyss and Manik, except that Manik will be in the X-title match. I liked how in the Revolution breakup angle Manik's friendship with Shera was played up, since it was a nice subtle storyline for Manik last year. Abyss aligning with Shera/Manik over Storm was a surprise, but it makes sense, since Abyss seemed to have his hero-side reawakened during the GFW war. If a match takes place, I expect Shera to win.

Bound For Gold
Gauntlet Match
Mr. Anderson v. Jessie Godderz v. Sargent Chris Melendez v. Aiden O'Shea v. Abyss v. Mahabali Shera v. Tyrus v. Eli Drake v. Robbie E.

Aiden is a new guy.

The Sarge, Shera, and Robbie E seem to be the most pushed guys in this group. Robbie E, however, has been the only one of them to have held titles before. Sarge could have a good brief feud with ECIII even without the titleshot. Shera I guess is the most likely to win due to the upcoming India shows. I'd prefer Robbie to win though.

Predicted Winner: Mahabali Shera

Ultimate X
Manik v. DJ Z. v. Andrew Everett v. Tigre Uno (c)

I like DJ Z in general, but he lost to a GFW guy this week, so he lacks momentum. Everett is a new guy.

Ultimately, Uno's too toxic to have as champ what with his anti-Trump spiel from a few months ago--if I recall correctly TNA aired his rant before Trump started dominating the polls. Long term, I'm expecting TNA to try to capitalize on the Trump phenomenon by putting the world title on Lashley (a wrestler Trump used to be affiliated with) next year at Bound for Glory XII--right before the November elections.

Manik's well-positioned for a push what with his friend Shera in the middle of a big angle.

Predicted Winner: Manik

Bobby Lashley v. Bobby Roode (c)

Roode won the title from PJ Black during the war with Global Force Wrestling. I'd expected Roode to fight Jarrett (who had vacated the title without being pinned), but instead Lashley was the one to answer Roode's open challenge.

Lashley/Roode had been built up as the main event of Bound For Glory X, until the company's taping situation made that impossible. Roode wound up winning the TNA title on TV in September (aired in November) last year, followed by the two feuding until Lashley won it back on the season premiere in January. This marks their first bout since Lashley turned face officially. Roode seemed like a face this week, but he's been occasionally heelish as of late. I expect Roode to retain via shenanigans.

Predicted Winner: Bobby Roode

Brian Myers and Trevor Lee (GFW) v. The Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards) (TNA) (c)

Meyers/Lee were given Magnus's briefcase when he jumped to GFW, they used it to cash-in on the Wolves and won the titles. The Wolves won them back via their rematch clause. Myers/Lee are now getting their rematch. The Wolves are the tag team of the past couple of years, and will win as usual. Hopefully next year we'll eventually get a Wolves/Hardyz rematch, which we were deprived of due to Jeff's injury.

Predicted Winners: The Wolves

Awesome Kong v. Gail Kim (c)

We've been awaiting this match since Kong's return in January. Kim recently won the title off of Brooke (who won it from Taryn during the Dollhouse feud). It seems too soon for Kim to lose, yet Kong has been ready for the title all year. I'm going with the surprise pick, with Kim winning it back in June just in time to be nominated for the Hall of Fame.

Predicted Winner: Awesome Kong

Kurt Angle v. Eric Young

Eric Young injured Angle, and now Angle is coming for revenge. EY also enraged the TNA roster when he joined Team GFW during the war. EY also had won the Sarge's leg until he got it back last week. I expect this to be a one on one bout, but in theory any member of the roster could get involved due to annoyance with Young's antics as of late.

Predicted Winner: Kurt Angle

Special Referee Jeff Hardy
Matt Hardy v. Drew Galloway v. Ethan Carter III (c) w/Tyrus

This match is a good summation of the year. ECIII's championship win has been the high point of the year. The Hardyz have been keeping him busy for the past few months. Jeff was his slave until finally ECIII fired him after a rebellion. Drew Galloway has been pushed down our throats all year, so he might as well be in the main event so as to make his push worth something.

Drew earned the titleshot due to his team defeating GFW to win Dixie full ownership of TNA, and then Drew beating his team in a number one contender's match. Matt got his titleshot, and Jeff the referee job, due to ECIII being too cocky and annoying Dixie too much. Also, via Matt/Drew beating Tyrus/ECIII this past Impact.

The addition of Matt Hardy makes the match much more unpredictable. It doesn't seem time for ECIII to be pinned/submitted, but with three men in the match, the winner can win the title without ECIII losing. I think the champ retaining is the most likely option. Drew winning as part of his pointless superpush is plausible as well. To a lesser extent, so is Matt winning in order to forward the ECIII/Jeff feud.

Predicted Winner: Ethan Carter III

I'll be there live tonight, so if you see some Redskins gear, there I am. It seems like it'll be a good show, although I only watched Impact this past week, so I might be wrong.

EC3 over Matt Hardy and Drew Galloway after Jeff Hardy turns heel and screws over Matt.
Bobby Rude over Lashley
Tigre Uno wins the Ultimate X match
Wolves over the GFW guys
Gail Kim pins Awesome Kong
Kurt Angle over Eric Young
Mr Anderson wins the gauntlet for the Gold match

I still watch TNA, but really have lost interest since they moved to Destination America. I'm a few weeks behind on watching Impact, but I can still make half-assed predictions.

Eli Drake
Bobby Lashley
The Wolves
Gail Kim
Kurt Angle
